Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
We offer delivery for a flat rate standard shipping in Canada for $9.95. Orders over $150 CDN before tax will receive free shipping. You can also upgrade to Express shipping for $14.95.

How to do I return or exchange an item from my order?
We want you to love your VIL gear but we understand that sometimes things happen. Please visit our Return Policy page for all the details.

How does the Print on Demand work?
Since we want to do what we can to eliminate waste, all of our items are currently done on a Print on Demand system. That means that your product is manufactured just for YOU! It can take slightly longer (not much) but this helps reduce overproduction and waste.

Yes! You will receive tracking information for your order as soon as we have it!
