We want you to LOVE your gear! If you need a different size or have changed your mind, we accept returns from 14 days of the arrival of your items.

All returns must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Once we have received the item, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you are hoping to exchange an item, please email us at vanislelifestyleco@gmail.com and include the order number, what you are returning, and the product(s) or size(s) you would like to exchange for. Items for exchange must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
